Spawake Pimple Solution Refreshing Face Wash Review

Welcome back to my small world of beauty and makeup. hope you all are doing absolutely great. It’s almost 2 months over of this new year and I feel I haven’t done anything as of yet.

Cleaning is an important part of any face care routine. Without cleansing your face you will not have healthy skin. So today I am going to be reviewing a face wash by Spawake and I have the Pimple Solution Refreshing Face Wash variant.

Spawake is a company that uses sea-sourced natural Sea Weeds and active ingredients under advanced Japanese technologies

Price of Spawake Pimple Solution Face Wash:

The price is mentioned on the crimp. Rs. 82/- for 50gram of facewash.

Packaging of Spawake face wash:

It comes in white tube packaging and has got a flip cap. The cap is quite sturdy and hence travel-friendly. No chances or leakage. All the clams, directions for use, ingredients, etc s mentioned on the tube itself.

Ingredients:

The ingredient list mostly contains chemicals that I am not able to understand. There are a few ingredients that were familiar. Water, glycerin and sea salt.

We all know the benefits of water for our skin and glycerin as well.

Since Spawake s a company that mostly said to use sea- sourced weeds and other ingredients, let’s talk about sea salt.

Sea salt (Maris Sal) is said derived from the Dead Sea of Jordan and is a salt that contains essential minerals for the skin (source Google). It has many skin benefits including reduction of wrinkles, inflammation, treating acne and improving skin hydration. These are a few benefits that it offers out of the many others.

Apart from the above promising ingredient, sadly it has got 2 derivates of Paraben. Methylparaben and Propylparaben.

I wish the company skipped the 2 derivates of paraben. It would be a great face wash.

Benefits, Claims, and Direction for use:

Apart from the ingredient list, it is said to contain sea minerals and salicylic acid.

Salicyclic acid is said to remove dirt particles, bacteria, etc from the skin. It also removes dead skin cells thus exfoliating the skin and improves skin health.

The Spawake face wash is said to remove excess sebum, dirt, and impurities. It is non-clogging to pores.

Claims:

It leaves the skin clean and shine-free and providing a fresh feeling.

Directions for use:

Normally the way we use other face washes. et face and neck, take a small amount, lather and apply it to the skin. And then wash off.

Caution:

Not to be used for children below 3 years of age.

Consistency of face wash:

It is a pale white color face wash as in the below image. It has a mild mint-like fragrance.

What is my opinion about Spawake Pimple Solution Refreshing Face Wash?

I do not have acne-prone skin. Previously I used to suffer from a lot of acne, but then after adopting certain habits, my acne reduced and eventually stopped. The face wash is something that should be effective as it is a part of the skincare routine which remains on the skin for the least amount of time. It should provide quick results.

The Spawake face wash lathers well on the skin and leaves a mild fragrance. But the fragrance is not lasting at all. Once you apply it gives a cooling sensation to the skin. Not tingling. As mentioned earlier I do not have acne-prone skin but I get pimples here and there sometimes. It did not work well on my pimples. It did not stop them or something. They went the way they usually go, after 4 to 5 days.

Pros:

• Suitable for all skin types.
• It does not clog pores
• It contains a good set of ingredients like sea salt, sea minerals, salicylic acid, etc.
• A little goes a long way.
• It removes my lightweight makeup, impurities, and dirt leaving the skin clean and soft.
• It gives a soothing, cooling feeling after the application of the face wash.
• A mild fragrance which is not bothersome.
• Lathers well on the skin.
• Travel-friendly packaging. The flip cap is sturdy.

Cons:

• Contains Paraben.
• Since it is said to be a Pimple solution, it did not work well on my pimples.
• Not easily available offline.

Summary:

It is a good face wash for everyday use. But it will not work wonders on the pimples. Leaves for skin clean and free from impurities. You can definitely give it a try.
