Welcome back. Today I am reviewing the “wet n wild megalast salon nail color”. I was very excited when nykaa launched “wet n wild” but unfortunately megalast salon nail color is not available. However they are available on amazon.in, ebay.in etc. In this megalast range I have 2 shades, continue reading to know more about the product.
I have with me Haze of Love and Private viewing. One is dark shade and other light.

It comes in a glass bottle with a black cap, consisting of 13.5ml, shade name is mentioned at the side of the bottle. The applicator brush is quite wide, and it is easy for application. It covers a wide area. The shape of the bottle is unique.
Price of Wet n Wild megalast, salon nail color in India:
I paid $5.07 for the shade 215B Haze of love and $4.74 for the shade 204B Private Viewing
In India, as mentioned earlier it is available on Amazon and ebay and the pricing is quite on the higher side.

Color:
The megalast salon nail color range has a wide variety range of colours. And from which I have 2 shades. The lightest shade Private Viewing and one dark shade Haze of Love. I must say the wet n wild megalast range has unique and attractive shade names 😉
1) 215B Haze of love
I’m a huge fan of reds and maroons, may it be lipsticks or nail polishes. Basically I like dark colours and I love this shade. It is a beautiful maroon shade with a glossy finish.
As you can see, the name of the shade is mentioned on the side of the bottle.
Be it a lighter shade or darker shade, I always apply 2 coats of nail polish. This is how it looks on my hand, with two coat:
2) 204B Private Viewing
It is nude shade, again with a glossy finish. This shade can be used while doing nail arts or else alone. This shade is a soft shade which can be used while going to answer job interviews etc. as darker shades are not recommended. It makes your hands look nice and sophisticated.

Application:
The applicator brush is great; it is flat unlike other nail polishes. The applicator brush is also wide for convenient application.
What is my opinion about Wet n Wild megalast, salon nail color – review and swatches Haze of love and Private Viewing?
Who does not want nice well groomed hands, without much maintenance of the nail polish? Who likes to re-apply the nail polish again and again? At least I don’t. This is a low maintenance nail polish. There is no need to re-apply for good 8-10 days. Even after doing the house hold work it lasts for pretty long time. To sum up, here are the pros and cons of Wet n Wild Megalast Salon Nail color.
Pros:
- Lasting power: Definately quite impressed with the lasting power, minimal chipping even after 8 to 10 days after application.
- Glossy finish which last for pretty long time.
- Easy application, as the applicator brush is wide which makes it convenient
- The shelf life, I have the nail polishes lying with me for quite some time, they did not become thick nor dried.
- The Private viewing shade is a nice shade for nail art, to use it as a background colour.
- Wide range of colours are available to choose from.
Cons:
- Can’t think of any except it’s pricey in India
Summary:
I would certainly recommend if quality is matters and not the price (India), I wouldn’t repurchase the same shade. Since it is offering wide range of colours in the mega last range I would definitely purchase different shades. Though expensive here, on the other hand the quality of these nail paints are phenominal.
