I hope you all are having a great summer. It’s very hot in Goa, at least I find the temperature of 33-34° quite hot. So today I am sharing my experience using L’Oreal Paris INFALLIBLE 24H stay fresh foundation. I have almost finished the bottle and today finally I am writing the review on the same.
On the international website, a total of 40 different shades are available. But In India not as many as 40 are available.
Price of L’Oreal Paris Infallible Foundation:
Rs. 1200 for 30 ml of product. You can get the product HERE
Packaging of L’Oreal Paris Infallible foundation:
It comes in a transparent glass bottle with a pump applicator. The applicator has got a red color cap. The shade name and number are mentioned on the bottle as well as on the cap. My redcap looks a little shabby because my brother applied tape on the cap. Actually he got the foundation from the UK by showing my picture to the assistant at the beauty center (I’m proud of my little brother, he does my beauty shopping very well. Got the exact shade matching to my skin tone).
You can use the product for 12 months after opening.
The ingredient list of Infallible 24H stay fresh foundation :
It can be found by peeling off the label on the bottle. The list was so finely mentioned I was not able to capture a clear image. Sorry about that. But it does contain paraben i.e. Butylparaben. But nowhere it is mentioned it is SLS or paraben-free so can be compromised.
Claims of the product:
Texture and Coverage of the foundation:
It has a nice creamy texture and a very nice and mild fragrance. A moisturizer is advised to be applied before applying the foundation.
It gives medium coverage with a pea-sized amount. It is build-able. The foundation gives a flawless and natural look. It does cover most of the dark spots. If you use more it gives full coverage. On a daily basis, I use only a pea-sized amount.
What is my opinion about L’Oreal Paris INFALLIBLE stay fresh foundation- 140 Golden Beige?
On a regular basis, I prefer my makeup to be natural. First I apply moisturizer to my skin. Wait for a minimum of 2 to 3 minutes so that it is nicely absorbed in my skin and after that, I take a pea-sized amount of foundation and apply it all over my face and set with compact power. Apply kajal and apply lipstick based on my mood and occasion. For example, a light color lipstick when I’m going for work, at times I apply a darker shade of lipstick just for a change.
For the first time, I applied the foundation I fell in love with the delicate scent and secondly with a pea-sized amount it made a considerable difference. To sum my up overall experience
- It blends easily.
- Delicate and mild scent.
- I am not a professional, so basically I use my fingertips to apply and blend the foundation. I do not use a sponge or a brush. Still, it gives a flawless look.
- The foundation is build-able, that is you can layer it without streaking or patchiness.
- It does not transfer
- It stays on the skin for a very long time.
- No white cast
- The foundation does not get oxidized.
- It did not break my skin.
- It is travel-friendly, it does not leak.
- Pricey. It is a little pricey to be used on a daily basis.
Is the product true to its claims? YES. It is true to its claims of no transfer, no visible shine as it dries to a matte finish. No visible imperfections. And I would definitely recommend this product. My foundation bottle is about to get over and I would definitely repurchase the same.
