Hi my beauties
I hope you guys are doing well. Today’s review is about a face wash and it was launched in the market quite some time ago. It is by the brand Iba and it is Aloe Aqua Face Wash + Makeup Remover. This brand is famous for manufacturing cruelty-free and vegan products. The year is almost over, this is the last month. This year just flew by without much activity and adventure.

It contains water which most of the face washes contains.
Decyl glucoside is a mild surfactant that is non-toxic in nature. It helps in removing excess oil and impurities from the skin. It is used in personal care and skin care products because of its non-toxic nature.
Coco-Glucoside is also a mild agent that increases the foaming capacity and build viscosity so that the face wash is not runny. This ingredient is suitable for all skin types and is gentle on skin and hair.
Aloe vera leaf juice has a large number of benefits. It improves the texture of the skin. It contains anti-oxidants and mineral hence improves the texture of the skin. Aloe vera also reduces the appearance of acne. This is one of the key ingredients of face wash.
Cucumber extract has soothing and calming properties. hence it is used to soothe irritated skin. It has moisturizing and emollient properties.
Neem extract is used for treating acne. It also helps to deal with skin dryness, skin itchiness, and redness.
Besides this, it has got perfume. But it is free from parabens, alcohols, and other animal-derived products.

How to you Iba face wash:
As face wash: Normally the way you use a face wash. wash your face with water. Take desired amount of face wash and massage your face gently. Rinse off with water.
As makeup remover: Take small amount on a cotton ball and gently wipe off the makeup. Rinse thoroughly.

What is my opinion about Iba Aloe Aqua Face Wash + Makeup Remover:
Iba I feel is a brand that truly cares for your skin. Free from harsh chemicals that cause damage to your skin. As a facewash, it performs beautifully. It has got gel-like texture as that of aloe vera gel. It smells very refreshing like cucumbers. Lathers moderately with water and makes your skin squeaky clean. It leaves my skin a tad bit dry, which can be fixed with a light moisturser. No major issues.
As a makeup remover you can remove only light make, full coverage makeup becomes difficult. The thing that I do not like much is that after using as makeup remover you have to wash your face with water. Its again like face wash only.
Pros:
- It is soap-free.
- Suitable for all skin types i.e. oily, Acne-prone & Sensitive Skin
- It is a 2 in 1 product and is used as a face wash and a makeup remover.
- Iba is Peta Certified Vegan & Cruelty-Free brand
- It is free from alcohol and parabens.
- It has got a nice refreshing cucumber-like fragrance.
- A good set of ingredients includes neem, cucumber, and aloe vera.
Cons:
- It leaves my skin a tad bit dry.
- It does not remove heavy makeup.
- My concern is after removing the makeup, you have to wash your face with water, which does not give a result like micellar water.
Summary:
I highly recommend this face wash as it is free from chemicals and other animal derivatives. Suitable for the ones who are extremely cautious about ingredients. Suitable for girls have sensitive skin. Also I recommend to use this face wash as face wash and not as makeup remover. Of course it is personal choice, but I am giving my opinion.
