How to get rid of Pimples, permanently – 6 ways

Personally I faced a lot of embarrassment because I had a lot of pimples and people used to comment,

Look at you face!!! It looks so disgusting. Do treatment etc. etc.

I tried many creams to treat pimples, but in vain.

Our outer appearance is basically the mirror of what is happening inside our body . Basically the skin reacts, to all changes occurring inside the body.

There are various causes for pimples,
– Heredity
– Pollution
– Climatic changes
– Traveling
– Reaction of cosmetics
– Sleeping with the makeup on
– Unhealthy eating habits like eating oily foods
– Conditions like PCOD etc.

to name a few of the causes

Habits for Eliminating pimples permanently:
1) Drinking green tea:
I was able to get rid of my pimples permanently with this habit. I used to drink green tea twice a day. Morning and night. Green tea not only removes the toxins from the body but also has antioxidants called “flavonoids”
Let me clarify, It is not an over night remedy. It took me 1.5 months to 2 months to get rid of the pimples permanently.
Since it purifies the blood, pimples starts reducing. You can see permanent changes. As we all know besides detoxification, green tea also has a lot of other health benefits.

Have green tea twice a day. Morning after breakfast and night after dinner.

2) Drinking at least 3 to 4 liters per day:
This is nothing new, drinking water flushes toxins from the body, also improve skin complexion besides other health benefits.

Trust me, If you follow the above 2 steps, your pimples will be gone permanently in 1 to 2 months.

No home remedies work over night, it takes time and patience for desired results.

Home Remedies:
1) Application of toothpaste:
This is the most easiest home remedy. Preferred toothpaste is the Colgate white paste. Apply the toothpaste only on the pimples. Allow it to dry then wash it with lukewarm water.

Repeat this process 2 times a day till the pimples are gone

2)Application of Fenugreek leaves (Methi leaves) paste:
Procedure:
Take some Fenugreek leaves, make thin paste by mixing it with water.

How to use:
Wash your face with lukewarm water.
Apply the paste, wait till it completely dries
Rinse off with water.

Benefits:
This will not only cure the existing pimples , but also will stop pimple growth. Regular use will also reduce the blemishes and dark spots.

3)Application of Neem leaves paste
You need to follow the same steps as that of Fenugreek leaves paste.

4)Tulsi leaves paste:
Procedure:
Dry some Tulsi leaves, make fine powder and keep
When ever you are using, just add a little water, make paste and apply on the target area.

Benefits:
This will not only clear the pimples and prevent them from coming but will also make your skin super soft and lustrous.

Though home remedies take time, they solve the problem from the root.

5)Gram flour, Turmeric and milk paste:
Procedure:
Take desired amount of gram flour. Add turmeric (1/2 teaspoon) preferably home made turmeric, add milk and mix well and directly apply to your face. You can also add neem leaves to this paste.

Neem helps get rid of bacteria causing pimples.

Apply this paste and wait till it dries completely (15-25 minutes) then rinse off with water.

6)Steaming:
Take hot water steam is another effective way. But steam should not be taken very frequently. It over dries your skin. You can take steam every alternate day. People with dry skin problem should take steam once in 2 days as it over dries the skin.

Final Word:
Along with the Home remedies It is also important to eat clean. Avoid or reduce junk food. No oily food. Drink loads of water and green tea twice a day and you have the most beautiful, soft supple flawless skin.
