F-Boxx Startup Subscription Box February 2020 Review -

Today I am going to be reviewing a newly launched subscription box called the F-Boxx. I have with me the February 2020 edition and it is called F-Boxx Startup. F-Boxx has got 6 different editions namely plus, mini, men, kids, premium and startup. You receive 5 full-sized products. February month you get skin care products by a brand called Cgg cosmetics – Clean Green Gorgeous. It is a brand by a famous celebrity and my personal favorite Anusha Dandekar.

Price of F-Boxx Startup Box:

Monthly Subscription: Rs. 699/– plus free shipping

Quarterly Subscription: Rs. 649/- per month plus free shipping.

Half Yearly Subscription: Rs. 599/- per month plus free shipping.

Annual Subscription: Rs. 549/- per month plus free shipping.

You save more if you go for a longer subscription. I got the monthly subscription.

Packaging:

It comes in a beautiful purple and yellow colored cardboard box. Once you open the box there is an F-Boxx note describing their various boxes.

There is also shockproof material. There are 5 full-sized products and you just have to pay Rs. 699/-. Isn’t t a steal deal?

Following are the products which I received in my F-Boxx Startup Subscription Box India February 2020:

1)CGG Cosmetics Skinny Dip Hyaluronic acid facewash:

I have tried this face wash a couple of times. It does not have a pleasant fragrance as it is said to be a clean brand. A crisp clear set of ingredients. It contains 2.5% hyaluronic acid and Vitamin C. You need to pay Rs. 550/- for 100ml of face wash if you buy individually.

2)Plumpalicious night time skin-renewing moisturizer with collagen:

This nighttime moisturizer’s key ingredients are hyaluronic acid, collagen, and Vitamin C. All the products have got a tag line of “Look younger for longer.” Rs. 700/- for 50ml of product. Before using you need to fix the pump.

3)Plumpalicious Collagen Peptide night facial serum:

Okay, this is the most expensive product in the box. It is for Rs. 900/- for 30ml of product. It is safe for all skin types.

4)Even Steven De tan facial scrub:

The key ingredients are coffee powder, caffeine, and almond oil. Different products from this brand have got different packaging. For example, all hydrating products come in purple color packaging. This scrub has got a tag line “Filter your skin, not your photos”. Isn’t this tagline worth giving a thought? This facial scrub is for Rs. 350/- for 100 grams. The color is that of chocolate.

5)Sunshine Kid Sunscreen facial mist:

This sunscreen contains SPF 40. It protects the skin from UVA and UVB rays. Rs. 500/- for 100ml. This will last for quite some time. I have not used this sunscreen as of yet. It also contains aloe vera gel and rose water.

What are my thoughts about the subscription box?

Actually I came across this beauty box from one of the YouTuber. As soon as I saw CGG cosmetics I was thrilled and that too all 5 products from CGG. I straight away headed to the f-Boxx official web site and searched for a startup box. The month of march Subscription was going on and the February box had the CGG products. I wrote to Customer care and asking will it be possible to ship the February box. They replied within 15 minutes saying place the order and just mail the order number. I did the same, I placed the order on 9th March and got it delivered on 15th March. Within 6 days.

I always wanted to try the CGG brand products but the products are on a little pricer side. But getting them in a beauty box is an absolute bargain.

Pros:

Affordable subscription box. You get 5 full-sized products for just 699/- or less depending on your subscription plan.
You get products worth Rs. 3000/- from a well-known brand.
Customer care is prompt in replying to emails and calls.
Sturdy packaging with shockproof so no products were damaged.
Shipping included.
F-Boxx has got many boxes to choose from with different price ranges and different brands.

Cons:

None for me.

Summary:

I loved the concept that it had all products from one brand in the month of February. It may be different for different months. I would definitely recommend this beauty subscription box for the month of February.

A detailed review of each product I will share shortly. This box is worth the price paid. I will have to check whether the products by cgg fared or not.
